Bank HMP Physiotherapist

This role requires the advanced assessment and treatment of patients within the offender healthcare setting who may have complex and/or chronic presentation, and to determine clinical diagnosis and physiotherapy treatment indicated, and to maintain records as an autonomous practitioner. You would be expected to manage your own clinical caseload, maintain professional standards and to comply with all PPH standard, policies and procedures.

Successful candidates will be a HCPC and CSP registered Physiotherapist with excellent attention to detail. You will also be energetic and proactive with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ideal candidates will be computer literate and have excellent time management and organisational skills.

Location: Based at various HMP Prisons across the UK
Salary: £100 per session
Hours: 3.5 Sessions AM or PM Monday - Friday
Role: Part Time - Days can be flexible
Closing Date: 30th June 2019

Part Time Receptionist

West London Physio is looking for a part-time receptionist (approx 10-15 hours per week) to join a leading physiotherapy clinic in Kensington. This is a great opportunity to work with a committed team of professionals who are passionate about helping people and offering excellent service. The reception position is viewed as an important role within our team. You will be the face of the clinic and our customer journey begins with you!

To be considered for the role you will be required to have the following:

  • Be passionate about healthcare.
  • Administration or customer service experience.
  • Confident with people and the ability to create a warm and welcoming environment.
  • The ability to multi task and operate in busy surroundings.
  • Professional presentation.

The role incorporates the following:

  • Meet and great patients.
  • Ensuring all patient needs are met.
  • Responsibilities relating to Word, Excel and Email.
  • Answering a busy phone system.
  • Diary management for therapists using PPS software.
  • Processing payments, issuing receipts for patients.
  • Responding to enquires for patients, doctors and insurance companies.
  • Advise information to existing and potential patients.
  • To provide clerical support to the administration team and therapists.
  • Maintain a neat and tidy reception area.
Location: London W8
Salary: £10.00 to £12.00 per hour
Role: Part Time
Experience: Reception / Admin: 2 years (preferred)
